PRESS+ GENERAL INFORMATION:

Who is Press+

Press+ is an online subscription management service for news publishers. If you recently subscribed to an online news website, your credit card statement will show a Press+ charge.

Creating a Press+ Account

If you have not previously used Press+ to access your favorite content online, you will be prompted to create a new account to purchase a product on our affiliate websites. To create a Press+ account, follow these steps:

  1. When you see the Press+ prompt, click the "Next" button to sign up.
  2. Select from the list of products available on the following page and click "Next."
  3. Fill out the required information on the account information page to create your Press+ account and click "Next."
  4. If you selected a product that requires payment, then fill out the name, card number, expiration date and billing zip code of the credit card you are using to complete your purchase. Then click “Next.”
  5. You will see a printable confirmation screen detailing your purchase and a confirmation notice will be sent to you via e-mail.
  6. Click the "Close" button to continue reading.


 

SIGNING INTO YOUR PRESS+ ACCOUNT:

Why Am I Being Asked to Sign Into My Press+ Account Again?

You will be asked to sign in again if you have changed computers or internet browsers.

To sign in again, follow these steps:

  1. Click “Sign In” in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Enter your email address and password and click the “Log In” button in the lower right hand corner.
  3. Continue reading.

Can I Log In On Multiple Devices?

With Press+, you can log in on your desktop, laptop, iPad and other devices. Remember, when accessing online content on a new device you may be asked to log in again with your email address and password.


 

PASSWORD RESET:

Resetting Your Password

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Click on “Forgot Password” at the Press+ prompt or at the sign in page for your Press+ account.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.


 

ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

Updating Your Account Information

To update your account information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Press+ account with your email address and password.
  2. Select "Account Settings".
  3. Update your account information.
  4. Click "Submit".


 

PAYMENT INFORMATION/BILLING:

Updating Your Payment Method

To update your payment information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Press+ account with your email address and password
  2. Select "Modify Payment Information"
  3. Confirm that the name and billing zip code associated with your credit/debit card are correct
  4. Enter your card number and expiration date
  5. Click "Submit"

Why is Press+ Listed on My Credit Card Statement?

My Employer Will Not Issue an Employee Credit Card. How Do I Enroll?

To enroll with a payment method other than a credit card, please contact Press+ Customer Care via our online form.

PRINT SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Why Have I Been Asked to Verify or Update My Print Subscription Address?

Some Press+ Affiliate sites offer discounts for purchasing a combined print and online subscription. We will review your subscription status periodically and will contact you if we cannot confirm your required subscription or if your Press+ account information does not reflect the address and phone number where you receive your publication.

Updating Your Print Subscription Address

To update your print subscription information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Press+ account with your email address and password.
  2. Select "Update Print Address".
  3. Update your print address information to reflect the address and phone number where you receive your publication.
  4. Click "Submit".
